Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of showroom and call centre with quality customer services
• Lead and coach a team to provide after-sales services including operational and technical enquiries and complaints
• Conduct product presentation, cooking demo to internal or external users
• Set up and maintain operational procedures and services standard for high productivity and efficiency, by working closely with cross-function teams
• Responsible for providing product training, performance evaluation and improvement
• Handle and ensure consumer enquiries and complaints are resolved effectively in line with company direction
• Prepare statistical reports for management and service review

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level
• Knowledge of home electrical appliances industry will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner and personality
• Independent, attentive to details with good problem solving and organizing skills
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Manager
