Responsibilities:

• Deliver a pleasant and unique shopping experience to end customers by monitoring and improving high standard shop display and product presentation
• Coach, motivate and develop the sales teams on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude while serving end customers
• Upgrade or maintain an excellent shopping experience and service level to end users
• Understand shop operation and current status, good interpretation in POS data analysis. In time communication with other parties to practice the best strategy of selling and inventory control
• Work with dealer and shop manager to manage shop operating team. Able to discover the weakness of team players and drive them into the right track for different aspects in retail servicing
• Coordinate and execute promotional activities in public holidays or promotional seasons. Well understanding of retail business for telecom products and accessories, ability to improve the image of brand shop in an ever changing retail market
• Prepare or edit power point materials, and conduct on/off line presentations to end users in shop or other venue

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR, Telecommunications or related discipline;
• With 3 - 5 years of store management experience in retail business or services related business field
• Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence
• Good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and under high pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese
