Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out sales & marketing supporting duties, including preparing tender/project submission document, sample materials ordering, lab test and certificates arrangement, track & update delivery program, update job reference etc
- Co-ordinate with manufacturers & purchase dept for product delivery
- Support sales activities: sales meeting, sales enquiries, filing etc.
- Record and update project progress and any duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- DSE graduated or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in sales coordination/order processing/customer service/clerical duties
- Proficient in MS office is a must. Knowing Photoshop is an advantage
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Good spoken and written Chinese & English, Mandarin is an advantage
