Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Our clients are mainly from Listed Company and professional parties such us Law firms and Audit firms
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters including handle clients' enquiries, process and follow up job-related tasks
• Define client requirements and to ensure client satisfaction on delivered services
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, vendors and clients to control the inflow & outflow of jobs to ensure timely delivery of services, execution of printed products and other creative projects
• Identify new business opportunity from assigned accounts by meeting with clients from time to time 
• For night shift duty, required to follow-up Day shift unfinished job and handling night shift routine checking
• Take up any ad-hoc duties when required

 
Requirements:

• Diploma or above with experience in customer service or related sector preferred, but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, friendly and detail-minded
• Able to work under pressure and with good time management
• Fresh graduates are greatly welcome
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage

• Rotate in monthly basis with shift allowances offered to Middle Shift (Middle shift allowance start at 14:00) (morning & middle shift time range: from 08:00-23:00, 8 working hours per day)
