Responsibilities:

• Handle all customers/ dealers' inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction level
• Coordinate with clients and dealers for smooth verification on documents
• Follow up whole process and coordinate with internal departments
• Handle and solicit dealership account
• Obtain new business
• Prepare credit proposal
• Assist to compile credit proposals and credit risk analysis
• Assist to maintain, develop & monitor dealers/clients

Requirements

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma and above
• 1 year of sales experience
• Experience in documentation processing will be a good fit
• Comfortable to build relationship with customers and working parties
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
