Job Description
- Ensure smooth running and administration of the respective clinic
- Prepare the medical letters and reports according to the company’s standards
- Review letters and medical records for accuracy and completeness
- Support doctors to ensure all hospital quotes and bookings are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with covers, audits and any other duties as assigned by Management
- Degree holder of relevant discipline
- Excellent command of English and Chinese. Mandarin and/ or any other languages will be a plus
- Previous experience in private healthcare will be a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills and a team player
- Detail-minded, proactive and keen to learn
