Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Sales & customer issues
- Work hard to solve customer problems while delighting them along the way.
- Works on complex problems where review of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of various factors.
- Work alongside with Product teams to define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy based on your frontline knowledge of customer needs.
- Continually research and learn the current and future best practices
- Provides internal technical supports/advices for sales team such as new products demonstration
- Degree holder
- 2-5 years working experience or above
- Working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- With engineering or lighting background is an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Probation Period – Station in Shenzhen Factory
- After Probation Period – Occasional Travel to PRC is required (2-4 days per week)
