Job Description
The client is a prestigious Insurance Group, is now seeking a new headcount for Telemarketing Manager / Call Center Manager – CS & Telesales (FSI) (HKD30- 45k + incentives + bonus) to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Lead a telesales & telemarketing (telemarketer) team to exceed key performance measures in sales & service targets set by the Company
- Motivate and encourage the team to provide satisfying solutions to customers in a professional manner
- Take initiatives to review service procedures, identify training needs and facilitate the roll-out process to ensure a smooth adaptation
- Monitor and ensure the productivity levels, service standards and customer relations are maintained.
- Ensure the team operates in compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in contact center / Call Center operation, preferably in telemarketing and telesales within Insurance, Banking and/or Financial Services Industry
- At least 3 years in a supervisory and sales management role
- IIQE license is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Intermediate to advanced skills of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Decisive, analytical with proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal guidance
