Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Business Development Support
  • Play a supportive role in assisting the business development manager (BDM)
  • Establish the list of target prospects and action plan for the following weeks
  • Negotiate, after validation by MD, servicing proposal : initial pricing offer, fee proposals, renegotiations
  • Perform the due diligence to ensure the client is compliant with the Bank’s requirements and present the file to the Risk and Compliance Committee for approval
  • Ensure that the product agreed with the client is feasible from an operational, legal and compliance point of view
  • Ensure that the Fund Structuring Department prepares agreements, contracts, appendices and their updates
  • Coordinates RFPs he / she has in charge as a project leader and performs a quality check of the document
  • Initiate and maintain regular contacts with lead generators in his / her markets, as well as locally
  • Ensure the update of prospect’s and client data in E-deal, including planned
  • meetings, call reports and servicing proposals
  • Participate (with BDM) in seminars, conferences and other meetings linked to his / her activity and scope
  • Participate in product campaigns linked to clients
  • Participate in internal presentations and trainings to better understand CACEIS’ product offer, regulatory environment modifications, and operational improvements (whether organisational or IT)
Customer relationship management

  • Support all customer complaints and ensure solutions made on time, independently or in collaboration with the operational teams concerned.
  • Answer questions and respond to requests for information relating to customer services provided by CACEIS and follow up on possible developments.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the BD team and communicate any important or relevant matters in the context of the business relationship with customers.
  • Provide qualitative monitoring of customer relations based on the importance to CACEIS
  • Ensure the dissemination to clients of operational procedures and documents (Operating Memorandum) validated by operational departments
  • Identify potential beneficial adjustment needs and settings in the interest of the client and CACEIS to streamline business processes
  • Provide and implement all measures to ensure the best possible interaction with stakeholders to the extent that is possible
Requirements
  • Degree holder, with a major in business/finance or related fields
  • Knowledge of the fund industry and financial markets participants
  • Knowledge of activities and functions linked to Fund Administration and Custodian Bank
  • Fluent written and spoken English.  Fluent Mandarin. Cantonese an advantage..
  • Client service focus

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication ability
  • Strict sense of professional ethics
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook
