Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accounting

Ambition Hong Kong is looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join us as Associate Consultant or Consultant level.

Responsibilities

• Establish a close relationship with key accounts and new business development into new clients
• Understand and execute on client's job assignment requirements and conduct search for potential candidates
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Interviewing and qualifying potential candidates, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using the database, network, and professional networking events
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teams

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines, fresh graduates or less experienced applicants will also be considered for Associate Consultant
• 1-5 years of working experience in external audit, finance and accounting or sales role preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to deal with external clients in a professional manner
• A positive attitude and strong drive to succeed, Self-motivated and result driven.
• Proven ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese)
