A renowned online retailer who partner with world-leading luxury brands is looking for Customer Care talents to cope with the expansion in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Resolve customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication that enhance brand loyalty and actively contribute to increased sales revenue
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Answer a wide variety of customer enquiries including product enquiries, styling advice, returns or repairs, pricing questions, order delivery timescales and conveying a solution focused message to the customer at all times
• Escalating issues and providing customer feedback to the relevant commercial and operational teams
• Liaise with internal departments such as operational and commercial teams to expedite issues that are raised by the customer
• Achieve and exceed productivity, KPI's and sales targets without comprising the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Fresh Graduate Welcome!
• Experience in customer service, prior experience in Luxury Fashion, E-Commerce or Financial Services is a plus
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Handle complex client situations and resolve them to the satisfaction of client and company
• Independent and can work under pressure
• Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
