• Provide excellent customer service to automotive customers / VIP on the hotline, email and whatsapp
• Maintain good relations to customers
• Follow up with customers' cases during the whole process
• Support the customers' enquiry on the live chat

• With 2 years hotline customer service experience
• Highly prefer with premier customer service experience (e.g. Asia Miles, Macro Polo, etc.)
• Diploma or above
• Excellent telephone manner
• Chinese & English typing and PC Skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel)

• Working Location: Chai Wan
• Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 6pm
• With high bonus (Approx. 2 months), Medical and meal allowance
• Basic Salary: 16 to 18K
• 13 days Annual Leave
• Shuttle bus service
