Job Description

We are one of the market leader in stock analysis software field that runs our own finance and media platforms throughout HK and Asia. Now looking for young and energetic members to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

  •  Meet and exceed targets assigned by company
  •  Handle customer enquiries and provide quality customer services to clients
  •  Develop and maintain relationship with customers
  •  Growth customer relation through deepening communication with customers by phone
  •  Conduct operational procedures in strict manner by following the company's policy
  •  Participate in marketing initiatives, events and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Degree holderin any discipline
  • 2-3 years experiences in customer services or customer relationship perferred
  • Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aggressive, active and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua
