Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow new sales revenue in an assigned territory by strategically positioning all LexisNexis products and services (including print, online and solutions) at all decision-making levels within an organization.
  • Work closely with the Team to ensure revenue and growth opportunities are realized.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Work within the team to develop and implement plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities. 
  • Generate sales leads through referrals, seminars, conferences, exhibitions or/and cold calls.
  • Prepare sales proposals.
  • Maintain weekly pipeline reports for tracking all sales leads.
  • Provide weekly sales report on major sales, competitive intelligence and sales initiatives for subsequent periods.
  • Assist Development and Customer Service teams for improving customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development/Account Management role with proven track records
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, and an attention to detail is a must
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • A good team player
