Job Description

Requirements:-

HKCEE / HKDSE or above
Good command of both and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge including Chinese input
1-2 years experience in Customer Service / Sales field
Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and communication skill
Proactive, self-initiative, good team player
Responsible, able to work under pressure with positive attitude
Immediately available is preferred

Job Duties:-

Arrange order processing and management via hotline, email, fax, whatsapp and web
Handle customer enquiries & complaints
Co-work with sales to follow up customers on order and delivery status
