Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support project work for the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland, economies with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Hong Kong and other relevant economies
- Support initial assessment of applications
- Prepare / consolidate progress and final reports from the grantees for funding disbursement
- Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
- Occasional travel for performing on-site checking of funded projects required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from Business Management / Accounting / Finance / Global Business/ Statistics / Economics / Science / Engineering / Public Administration / Management Information System or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s work experience preferred
- Experience in handling / supporting Government funded projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
