Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and monitor the team
• Provide superior service to the guests and act as the communicator between kitchen, management and Service Ambassadors
• Provide recommendations to guests & upsell promotion items / menus
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean
• Handle guests’ enquiries / complaints
• Identify areas of improvements and finding effective solutions
• Other adhoc assistance as per requests

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality industry or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in restaurant operation, French Restaurant experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service
• Customer-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do" attitude
• Good initiative, teamwork and interpersonal skill; Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
• Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
• Good knowledge of F&B POS system
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
