F&B Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise the function of all F&B associates, kitchen, facilities, sales and costs to ensure smooth operation and maximum departmental profit is achieved
• Plan and prepare promotion and festive activities included advertising design
• Check and approve purchase request of equipment and necessary goods (e.g. consumables, stationery, etc.) for F&B Service
• Formulate annual business and budget plan and to achieve the pre-set targets
• Supervise implementation of menu planning, pricing, proposals and cost control

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5 years or above working experience in the role of outlet in-charge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in office software applications, including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Energetic, independent, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
• Familiar with latest market trend of Food and Beverage or Events Management industry

Salary:

HK$28,000 - $32,000
