Job Duties:

a) You shall perform the following duties in connection with the business of the Company and the business of any one or more of the Associated Companies that carry the relevant products;

I. Core Duties

(i) Oversee and manage import and overseas procurement affairs;
(ii) Lead and plan seasonal and/or pre-order orders of overseas products;
(iii) Oversee and develop exports of the Company’s products;
(iv) Manage import and export logistics;
(v) Lead and plan the participation of overseas events;
(vi) Work with Sales Team to ensure good product cycle and minimal stock wastage;
(vii) Work with Sales Team to ensure minimal shortage of supply;
(viii) Work with Accounting Department to ensure payment collection.

II. Secondary Duties

(i) Assist Event Team in organizing local events;
(ii) Assist Sales Team in participating local events;
(iii) Assist Sales Team in marketing, sales and costs management;
(iv) Assist the Company’s Bottle Shop(s) in marketing, sales and costs management;
(v) Assist the development of the Company’s own beverage brands.

b) Comply in all respects with directions given by or on behalf of the Company;

c) Use your best endeavors to promote the interests of the Company;

d) Conduct yourself in a reasonable and professional manner at all times;

e) In addition to the duties which this job normally entails, you may from time to time required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business;

f) Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer and Director for the well-being and business development of the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant qualifications
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Coordinate with forwarders and subcontractors to arrange all inbound/outbound shipments
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Familiar Asia, Europe, North America, and Australasia market
• Passion in Craft beer is an advantage
