Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
• Support in managing a front office team to maintain the professional service to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction. Manage guest resolution process to include investigation of situation and creative problem solving to ensure guest is satisfied with outcome.
• Assist the operations team in promoting our restaurant outlets.
• Coordinate with the operation teams to keep the premise tidy and run smoothly.

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity, minimum 1 year managerial experience.
• A confident, self-motivated, friendly, helpful and cheerful person.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Customer service focus.
• Overnight Shift duty is required
• Candidate with less experience would be consider as Front Office Supervisor
