National Hotels is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99Bonham, and One96.
To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Reservations team and manage daily operations of the Reservations department to ensure the quality of hotel reservations services
- Prepare revenue reports and assist the Director of Sales in achieving maximum room rate, yield and conversions to meet hotel revenue targets
- Setup various online marketing campaigns on different OTAs
- Control web-related software, familiar with OPERA / Siteminder / Synxis CRS / GDS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline
- 5 years of reservations and revenue experience of which at least 2 years preferably in manager level
- With a positive personality, proactive, good interpersonal skills, and good teamwork
- Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel
- Excellent command of spoken and written English Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS- Opera, Channel Management System- Siteminder and Synxis
