Role & Responsibilities:
To follow instructions in preparation and handling of food in the kitchen

To work closely with team members to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standard of kitchen area as well as equipment and utensils

To maintain all food storage spaces tidy and clean and ensure proper use of equipment at all times

To ensure all orders are ready to be placed within the required time

Requirements:
Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant of good standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands

Good hygiene knowledge

Basic culinary skills

Service-oriented, self-motivated with good communication skills and able to work under pressure

Immediate available is highly preferred
