Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support on desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting
- Provide general on-site/off-site technical support for centers if need
- Maintain IT documentation update
- Perform ad-hoc relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support
- Good all-rounded technical skills on desktop support and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server, Linux, VMware, NAS, Firewall and CCTV will be an advantage
- Proactive, self-motivate, team player and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferable
