Job Description:
- Provide support to IT-related equipment (including mobile devices and PCs)
- Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software maintenance
- Provide on-site technical support among the group
- Provide support for routine data backup
- Assist in all hoc projects when required
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years' experience in IT support or computer technology
- Degree holder / diploma in Computing
