Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oracle System Administrator, responsible for creating, updating and maintaining.
  • Understand the whole process to manage the procurement system and have experience as a super user in Fusion Cloud or similar cloud base ERP system.
  • Support the procurement team with system implementation and act as a bridge between procurement and GE IT department.
  • Provide Oracle system user training to internal CGS, internal and external client
  • Maintain an annual contract calendar summary report, tracking expiration date, savings and next review plan for food and non-food categories.
  • Work closely with food and non-food managers at CGS to review weekly status and update the tracking sheet weekly.  
  • Ensure the approved and completed contracts are stored effectively into the Oracle system.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to review and update if needed the Procurement internal Policy and Procedure.
  • Provide new employee training on procurement policy & procedure and Oracle system familiarization.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or related system management preferably in the hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in system implementation, migration or system administrator in the hotel procurement or related food service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP / procurement system, supplier portal, data analytics on the FMCG or hospitality categories preferable.
  •  Superior analytical mind, with strong business processes and logic to achieve process simplification on improving procurement operation efficiency for the company and client.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned to any working location under the Great Eagle Group
