Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 2 infrastructure support
• Support system setup, configuration and software installation work
• Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning
• Support system incident handling and follow up problem diagnostics
• Review and enhance system setting and security policy
• Provide assistance in infrastructure related projects
• Vendor management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years system support experience with hands on Linux administration
• Familiar with Linux systems, such as CentOS, Redhat
• Experience in Nginx Web Service & Load Balancing configuration
• Knowledge on Scripting languages (e.g. Shell script, Python, etc)
• Knowledge on Network and Firewall administration
• Knowledge on Virtualized or Cloud EnvironmentCertificate Holders of RHCE / VCP / ITIL would be an advantage
• Team player, self-motivated and interested in technology
• Able to work as on call basis during non-office hours
• Good command in both Cantonese and English. Mandarin would be an added advantage

 Database Administration

• Certificate Holders of OCP / ITIL would be an advantage
• Team player, self-motivated and interested in technology
• Able to work as on call basis during non-office hours
• Good command in both Cantonese and English. Mandarin would be an added advantage
