You will do the following in this job:

• Handle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to departments, including courier and mail arrangements;
• Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception including handling the incoming call, manage the front desk area, and welcoming guests;
• Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms, and pantry area are neat and tidy;
• Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department;
• Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
• Assist in arranging meeting room booking;
• Assist in staff recreation activities and company events and assist in food and other venue quotation for company events such as training etc;
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition in helping prepare any coffee or tea for guests;
• Handling any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager;

We are hiring talent like you:

• DSE level / F.5 or above;
• With 2-3 years relevant solid experience in receptionist and/or administrative work would be an advantage;
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude is essential;
• Cheerful, polite, and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind, self-motivated;
• Stable, punctual, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility;
• Fast learner and able to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
• Excellent work and helpful attitude are essential;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage;
• Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, excel, and Chinese Word Processing);
• Fresh Graduate would also be considered.
