Our client is a large-scale local corporation. As a result of expansion, they are looking for System Engineer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and supporting endpoint images for desktop PCs/laptops, Windows/MacOS and Office 365 apps; and desktop related change management
• Responsible for providing technical support on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solution, such as the deployment of Line-of-business mobile apps for iOS/Android devices
• Provide 2nd line technical support and troubleshooting, including resolve incident tickets and handle service requests
• Manage and deliver IT enhancement and projects, such as Win 10 OS version upgrade and deployment
• Lead root cause analysis and problem investigation, work with technical partners or vendors on the critical issues and monitor the progress and resolution
• Prepare change plan, conduct impact analyst and testing, execute the change request and work closely with other technical teams until completion
• Provide on-going training and skill transfer to IT Helpdesk and related support teams to resolve 1st line issues
• Work closely with external service providers and internal teams, such as Application team, Infrastructure and Network teams, to support the services

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 6 years of experience in IT or system support, of which 2 years in supporting endpoint management
• Hand-on experience on desktop support and mobile device management, such as Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office apps, SCCM support, physical Desktop PC installations, mobile apps deployment
• Knowledge or experience with MacOS platform or experience in managing Windows deployment/migration project is a plus
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft platform and workloads such as MS Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
