Job Purpose
This role is mainly responsible to advise, influence and determine strategic business needs in infrastructure management, planning and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with senior business managers to advise, influence and determine strategic business needs in infrastructure management, planning and strategic matters
• System and Infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting and changes
• Proactively maintaining appropriate patching level across all systems and infrastructure
• Work with peers to develop IT strategies and policies
• Assist with the management of relationships with external services providers

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• University Degree in IT or related areas
• At least 8 years solid experience in a sizable company
• Experience with hybrid environments including on-premise and cloud services.  Key technologies include international wide area networks, virtualization, mobility, Azure / Office 365 / Dynamics 365
• Experience with implementing and maintaining effective data protection services including security, backup and disaster recovery
• Excellent knowledge on project management methodologies & best practices
• Ability to convert concepts into actions and articulate effectively in a dynamic organization essentially
• Strong experience of managing internal and external stakeholders, building relationships, gathering requirements and delivering progress reports
