Responsibilities:

• To confirm resource status with CM group requested by internal parties. On the basis of business case enquiry, to conduct the resource check in dedicated internal system and to provide the result feedback to related parties.
• To support Solution Team to communicate with CM group based on feasible solution
• To manage resource checking workflow in order to maintain KPI.
• To manage and optimize channel for Overseas Support getting CM group resource status information.
• To prepare report and meeting minutes for the team
• To support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 1+ years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred
• Knowledge with Telecom products such as IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN /DIA/IP Transit is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different parties.
• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Well communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a mus
