A Solution Analyst for HRIS at a highly-diversified global corporation

Your new role

• To ensure the HR & payroll system and all integrations are running optimally and compliant to technical standards
• Making sure all solutions, reporting or data exchange are well architected and compliant to group security and privacy standards
• Keeping abreast of latest HR and IT direction, and adopt respective system advancement
• To educate system users to utilize tools for data exchange, operational or analytical needs
• Work closely with HR counterparts to devise and co-create technical roadmaps that support the business, while ensure systems and enhancements are well architected with proper measurement and process
• To engage with external vendors on implementation of new initiatives, enhancement, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Supporting ad-hoc projects within IT & Digital solution team

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in HR and payroll system implementation, support or development. Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Solution Analyst
• Sound knowledge of SucessFactors API, and cloud HR/HCM and payroll solutions, e.g. SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Proven record of leading projects, with good knowledge of project management methodologies, like PMP or Agile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and Visio Knowledge of analytic tools e.g. SuccessFactors People Analytics, Qlik Sense, and data transformation tools, SQL or programming language, are preferred
• Familiarity with security, data governance and digital transformation is advantageous
• Well-versed in CI/CD, DevOps and design thinking is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is desirable
