A global leading insurer, they are now looking for a Digital Business Analyst for eCommerce/web project.

Your new role

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify problems and brainstorm solutions on digital platforms
• Perform analysis on customer insight and user experience data to suggest functional improvement
• Translate improvement ideas with details into user stories to form the digital product backlog
• Understand and analyze impacts on front-to-back applications
• Facilitate UAT with business stakeholders and QA to ensure the deliverable qualities
• Responsible for the end-to-end implementation for backlog items through Sprint delivery framework
• Document and communicate new process and system changes to relevant parties

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Information Management, Business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital project (eCommerce / website / partnership), with ability to write user stories.
• Experience in Agile project delivery
• Creative, open to changes and passionate about digital transformation
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with strong commitment to working and thinking collaboratively
• Attentive to details, independent, sensible and assertive to negotiate with different stakeholders
