My client is a leading Web3 venture/ incubator that has groomed many million-dollar successful projects within the crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the venture partner for incubation world-class projects, ensure delivery of blockchain applications; collaborate closely with gaming companies, digital artists/ studios, and other stakeholders
  Define and develop a project roadmap and execution plan with key deliverables, milestones, timeline, and budget
• Engage, manage, and solicitation with external vendors, and venture partners to ensure project success and minimize risks
• Be a go-to-person with internal cross-functional teams including blockchain, dev, marketing, community management
• Season and cultivate projects directions and ensure the alignment with the Web3 community
• Research and build your knowledge on blockchain technologies and gaming independently, to help make informed decisions
• Document and track the progress of development and features across the product

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or project management
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for the whole project delivery
• Domain knowledge in Gaming/ Entertainment/ Art/ Fashion/ Payment
• Knowledge in crypto/ tokenomics/ GameFi/ NFT/ SocialFi is a nice to have
• Experience working in a cross-function team
• Proficient in both English and Chinese with strong communication skills
