Responsibilities

• Work with the team to build business cases and maximize the commercial value of digital products
• Work with the business partners and cross-functional digital solution teams
• Define and establish scope and business requirements with the stakeholders
• Manage and guide end-to-end business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT, and implementation support
• Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, act as an escalation point when required

Qualifications

• Proven record of solid project management experience is a must
• Ideally insurance background
• Agency related project exposure is a huge plus
• Have a solid understanding of team skills - process improvement, lean six sigma, PMP
• Business focused mindset
• Tech background is an advantage but not a must
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, good communicator with users
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Have a strong ability to lead a team, proactive
