Operation Management
1. Monitor the status of components and systems of all NTTCA data centers (Responsible)
2. Notification and Escalation of the BMS alarms to local site teams (Responsible)

Policy & Procedures
1. Establish and maintain operating and emergency procedure to standardize front line operation in maximize operation efficiency across all NTT site (Support)
2. Provide continuous recommendation to improve the efficiency for operation process (Support)

Incident Management
1. Create Ticket according to the incident and provide update in a timely manner until the closure of the ticket (Responsible)

Customer Service Onsite Support
1. Customer communications for scheduled enhancement work and scheduled / emergency maintenance (Support)

Audit Management
1. Annual internal / external audit activity to ensure we are in line with their respective requirements (Support)

Reporting
1. Delivery of operation report, management report and customer report (Support)

KPI / SLA Management
1. Perform as per department / team (Support) and individual (Responsible) KPI

2. Ensure SLA achievement (Support)

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder of Engineering related discipline. Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker A0, Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker B0 preferred, Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker H0 preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering operation -Experience in BMS system maintenance and operation preferred.

Specialized Knowledge :-
Understanding of operation planning for DC facilities; Asset management; Risk management of a DC.
