Our client, a Top-tier organization in her industry is looking for an IT professional to join them. You will act as the IT leader to ensure application systems respond timely to the community’s growing needs and meet the challenges of the rapid changes and emerging technologies worldwide.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist the Director of Information Systems to formulate and execute the long-term information systems strategy.
• Lead and supervise a team of internal staff in their day-to-day activities covering PeopleSoft, Qlik analytics, ECM (Hyland Onbase) and other custom-built/off-the-shelf package solutions.
• Manage the internal key stakeholders and outside contractors
• Carry out business process re-engineering exercises and recommend areas of improvement
• Assist to identify and evaluate the latest technology and tools to improve the user experience of the information systems
• Plan, monitor and control the assigned strategic projects in the capacity of a project manager or project lead when required in order to meet the project timeline, quality and costs

Requirements:-

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or in a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years solid hands-on business knowledge and project implementation experience preferably in the tier-one Financial Management systems, Human Capital Management systems, and/or Business Intelligence systems (Oracle / PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP), together with their related business processes.
• He/She should also possess proven hands-on experience in deployment of project governance, change management, project management, business processes review and design.  
• Strong inter-personal skills are necessary
• Good leadership, analytical mindset, and problem solving skills, and the willingness to drive changes in a complex environment.
• Good interpersonal skills so as to influence and communicate with all levels.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for Manager (Application Systems).
