Agency Operations' Intermediate Contact Center ((AO-ICC) aims to provide universal life administration support to agency force, including Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims.

Job Responsibilities:

• To address agency enquiries of life administration, via written correspondence, verbal conversations, and face-to-face sessions
• To offer real case consultations, communications with operation and agency, case ownership and management until resolution
• To engage in continuous self-development with regards to the ever-changing life administration guidelines / procedures / regulations, and educate agency force via AO-ICC’s daily operation
• To bare a critical thinking mindset, provide feedback to AO-ICC and life administration’s operation, in order to enhance its overall quality and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education r above
• Passed IIQE Paper I, III & V
• Minimum 4 years customer service frontline experience
• Good written/spoken English/Chinese
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, able and enjoy to work with people of diverse backgrounds
