Job Description

職責

  • 辦公室行政及高級管理層秘書工作;
  • 安排及組織會議。準備會議議程、會議紀要和工作報告;
  • 匯總信息/數據,起草各類報告;
  • 督辦工作的執行情況;
  • 文檔管理;
  • 組織及協調公司活動;
  • 辦公室用品和設施維護;以及
  • 處理上級交辦的工作。

入職條件:

  • 持有大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
  • 具備較強的中文報告撰寫能力,曾有在中資機構或與內地機構有一年以上中文書面報告撰寫交流經驗則更佳;
  • 1 年保險/金融業相關工作經驗。具高級管理人員秘書經驗優先;
  • 良好普通話、廣東話、英語。和具備良好的中英文書寫能力。悉電腦操作,包括MS Word、MS Excel及中文文書處理;
  • 具備較好地跨部門溝通協作能力和承壓能力;以及
  • 具備較強的學習能力,熟悉金融科技等前沿領域知識動態則更佳。
