Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR duties including recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF, attendance record management, leave applications and employee relations
• Perform all-rounded day to day office administrative functions in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply, i.e. office equipment, stationery and accessories
• Manage shop operations, including shop licenses, roster, staff database, claims etc.
• Plan and organize staff activities and company events e.g. training session
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organization skill
• Team player with independent, detail-oriented, and positive working attitude
• At least 1 years’ experience in handling all-round office administration functions in a sizable company is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Fresh university graduates with exceptional quality may also be considered
