•  協助制定公司戰略規劃
•  編制公司運營報告、工作報告、經營分析報告等
•  分析行業宏觀政策，行業發展，對標公司跟蹤分析
•  負責收購合併工作如市場分析、盡職調查、財務審閱及風險分析等
•   協助管理層維繫與投資者關係

任職要求：

•  大學本科畢業，財務、工商管理、信息通信或相關專業
•  5年或以上相關工作經驗，具有戰略規劃工作經驗者優先
  
•  具有較強的學習能力、適應能力，有良好的團隊合作精神
•  中英文溝通能力良好，文字表達能力強

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating Company business strategies, propositions and tactical plans for senior management’s review
• Compile operational report, work report in Company and Group Level
• Conduct market trend and competitor analysis in Telecommunications / ICT industry
• Lead M&A or investment projects, including but not limited to project screening, due-diligence, post-deal integration and evaluation
• Assist senior management to maintain investor relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience, exposure in formulating Company strategic planning is preferred
• Self-motivated and good team player with a strong sense of integrity
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
