Our client is an independent organization that facilitates standards development, product certification, testing, auditing for food retailers.

They are currently looking for a Quality Retail & Food auditor as follows:

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct retail and supply chain food safety evaluations, and also to provide advice and help to customers.
• Conduct 2nd party retail and restaurant audit using customer specified standard/checklist, and generate the report in English/Chinese depending on customer requirement. While in audit, coach and teach staff on the related standard.
• Conduct 2nd Party Supply chain audit using customer specified standard/checklist, generate the report in English/Chinese depending on customer requirement. Review Corrective Action Report (CAR), verify, and close corrective action.
• This position is home-based in Hong Kong, but it may need work in Macau.

• Must have Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science or other food-related major.
• Must have 2 Years or more auditing experience in the food industry, preferably have both retail and supply chain experience.
• Must have HACCP training, and/or any other 3rd party scheme training
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Will be working Hong Kong and Macau
