Planning and Inventory Officer (Fresh grad welcome)

What Is This Job 

• Coordinate production workflow by working closely with the R&D Team, Procurement Team, Business Development Team, Order Management Team and Shipping Team on order fulfillment, production resource allocation and warehouse management.
• Assist to plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Monitor the production processes and procedures
• Assist Production Manager to investigate the production issues and the root causes and develop immediate workable solutions.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Keep paperwork organized

What We Need

• Certificate or above in Business Administration,  Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Industrial Management or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
• Ability to work under pressure, independent and proactive.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
