Description

• Develop product ideas that match the company's business direction
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Drive the execution of product life-cycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, requirements development, and product launch
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Constantly monitor performance according to customers feedback and deep dive into data in order to understand consumer behaviour
• Identify opportunities and communicate value back to partners
• Manage and track time-line, cost, resources to coordinate between different projects to make team members work smoothly and efficiently
• Assist project leaders to develop, validate and maintain project schedules
• Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth
• Identify, manage and resolve issues, conflicts or risks across the projects; report promptly to whom appointed
• Assist project leaders in managing relationships with front-line and customers

Profile

• Initiative, organised & good presentation skills
• Ideally with solid experience in product development & life cycle/ dynamic product management
• Medical device industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Strong sense of market trend, new materials and accessories
• Strong leadership skill, project management skill and result-oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
