Job Description
Objectives
• Plan and execute digital media plans and strengthen communications and engagement across all digital touch-points
• Assist supervisor(s) to publish relevant communication materials for corporate branding
• Assist the team to build vibrant and innovative global events, and fulfill all events logistics, administration and coordination
Responsibilities
Digital Communications
• Strategize organic and paid media campaigns and manage day-to-day digital communications, initiatives, advertising platforms in conjunction with the available content and business trends observable within the market
• Evaluate the success of digital communications activities to measure share-of-voice and engagement on social media and digital platforms
• Drive digital brand awareness by producing up-to-trend content, including videos, graphics, newsletters, prints, and other collaterals
Events Operations
• Provide end-to-end event support on global events from vendor coordination, organizing to executing event logistics, with guidance from supervisor(s).
• Handle general professional administration for the department
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Communications/ PR/ Marketing/ Arts and Social Sciences or related fields
• A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience but welcome fresh graduate with internship experiences
• Passionate in and familiar with aviation, aircraft engineering and travel
• Excellent attention to detail and possesses good business acumen and sound judgment
• Proficient in Business English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Must possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must possess skills of utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and have a sense of aesthetics
• Knowledge of Digital Platforms – Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads is recommended
• A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• One-year contract role
