Job Description

Responsibilities:

To supervise the back office team to provide administrative and operational support to the running of the clinic, which include:

Generate management reports and analysis
Basic book keeping
HR matters: recruitment, assisting monthly payrolls etc
IT & System support
Premises maintenance
Documents handling
Website and social media maintenance

Requirements:

3 years or more of supervisory experience
Good command of English and Chinese
Resourceful personality
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and respond to ad hoc situations

5-day week with Sundays and public holidays off. Medical benefits provided.
