The job-holder will work at our Mediation Education Project Team for performing marketing and communications functions, especially in promoting mediation education service to general public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the work plan.
• Perform marketing and communications functions, especially in content development and maintenance of social media platforms of the project including website, Facebook, and mobile app, etc.
• Assist in exploring and executing promotion to target audiences and stakeholders through various means including online and offline platforms.
• Coordinate and work with contractor/suppliers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide logistic support for project activities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in communications and marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken in both Chinese and English, with solid Chinese and English editing and writing skills.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to facilitate graphic design.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to contribute to a culture of collaboration and team work in a diverse environment.
• Passionate in family or children work would be an advantage.
