Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities on potential partners with appropriate qualifications, preparatory resources and relevant professional development services to them.
• Offer professional advice and propose relevant products/services on customer-centric base
• Play a vital role in accelerate team yearly revenue growth through new/existing businesses development.
• Make initiative and implement strategy to deliver financial targets.
• Organize and plan marketing events including education fairs, seminars, teacher trainings, student award ceremonies, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support and execute sales and marketing activities, operation on academic qualifications and learning courseware to different scope of customers (B2B and B2C).
• Communicate frequently and effectively with external customers and internal local & international colleagues.
• Collect marketing intelligence including conducting primary and secondary market research
• Support and execute PR activities including prepare materials for public exposure in English and Chinese.
• Prepare and liaise with overseas on local marketing collaterals including copywriting, design and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Active listener, learner, communicator and executor. Able to adapt on ever changing markets and work tasks
• Outgoing with pleasant conversational manner, able to communicate effectively with different types of customers   
• Knowledge on Exam or Assessment Business will be an added advantage
• Comfortable to work independently and within a team
• Maintain professional, proactive and innovative manner
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with limited time given
