Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing staff engagement events such as interest classes, wellness talks, and CSR activities
  • Assist in coordinating training programs such as preparing training material, course enrollment, handling attendance records, etc.
  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, including but not limited to document filing, meeting coordination, meeting material preparation, and event organization
  • Responsible for the data management, maintaining proper HR records, and filing system
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity 
  • Sound knowledge in graphics design application such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of event organizing is an advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedules
  • Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC / Microsoft skills including Chinese word processing
