Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing staff engagement events such as interest classes, wellness talks, and CSR activities
- Assist in coordinating training programs such as preparing training material, course enrollment, handling attendance records, etc.
- Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, including but not limited to document filing, meeting coordination, meeting material preparation, and event organization
- Responsible for the data management, maintaining proper HR records, and filing system
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Sound knowledge in graphics design application such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of event organizing is an advantage
- Well-organized, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedules
- Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in PC / Microsoft skills including Chinese word processing
