Your new company

Our client is a Hong Kong listed corporation and one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. They currently hires more than 40,000+ employees, spanning a range of property and related businesses in Hong Kong and on the mainland. The company also has complimentary operations in the following property-related fields on hotels, property management, telecommunications, Information technology, Infrastructure, and other businesses. They are currently looking for a lead for loyalty campaign for partnership.

Your new role

As a key person of the team, you are responsible for potential partnership opportunities and sourcing & managing gifts & incentives for integrated loyalty program. You are also responsible for the development of the digital and redemption customers' experience. You will need to liaise with different external business units and internal marketing/CRM team to make partnership collateral and launch marketing campaigns

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 6 -10+ years' relevant experience in marketing and rewards management of loyalty program
• Experience in partnership with brands, trade partners, agencies and vendors
• Dynamic and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
