Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentation proposal and reports to support property transaction
- Carry out data analysis related to property industry and transactions
- Coordinate with in-house Sales and other colleague and occasionally with external parties
- Ad hoc administrative and marketing duties to be assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Diploma or above on Building Studies or Marketing
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of development parameters such as GFA, lease and planning issues
- 2 year’s relevant working experience
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint. Understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a benefit.
- Immediate availability is preferred
